General Overview
Welcome to EC Barista Services. By accessing our website or engaging our B2B services—including equipment technical maintenance, customized food supply, and barista training—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Services & Orders
All service requests, technical maintenance schedules, and made-to-order food items are subject to confirmation and availability. Specific service agreements and pricing will be provided upon consultation.
Cancellations & Bookings
Service appointments and custom food catering orders must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Food Safety & Allergens
Clients requesting custom food catering (sandwiches and cakes) are responsible for informing us of any specific dietary requirements or severe allergies prior to order confirmation.
Payment & Liability
Invoices for completed technical services, barista training, and food supplies must be settled according to agreed payment terms. EC Barista Services is not liable for operational downtime caused by pre-existing machinery defects, improper client usage, or third-party interference.
