Refund Policy for EC Barista Services

Technical & Repair Services

Due to the custom nature of machinery maintenance and repair services, payments made for completed technical service, labor, and installed spare parts are non-refundable once the service is fulfilled.

Food & Product Supplies

Custom food items, cakes, and sandwiches are prepared fresh to order. Cancellations or refund requests for food items must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Once delivered, fresh food products cannot be returned or refunded.

Barista Training & Consultancy

Deposits or prepayments for training sessions are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a rescheduling fee rather than a cash refund.
